I have used Mr Cooks office several times. As usual they have been great at responding and assisting with the problem. Mr Cook is a lawyer with ARAG (which is also great) of which I am a member. I had to authored in my own words my experience with Attorney Cook and his staff. I currently hold a CDL and drive for a corporate carrier. In March 2021, I got into an accident in Cheektowaga and received 3 citations. Being that I resided in CT and I am an OTR driver, it was going to be very difficult for me to commute several hours to Cheektowaga for my court appearances. More importantly, I was very concerned about how these citations could affect my CDL (unsafe lane change, driving without insurance, and aggravated unlicensed operator). Nevertheless, after a brief searched on Google for an attorney I decided to go with Mr. Cook. Atty. Cook was able to reduced the citations to parking tickets with a $75 fine. Lastly, from the day I contacted Mr. Cook’s office his staff, Carolyn, was relentless and helpful. Carolyn wanted to ensure they have all the information for court. Even though the court date was months away, Carolyn did not stop until I provided the information that Mr. Cook requested.
