We are very pleased with Ron Cook’s work! Prior to working with him, we thought we would “go it alone” and likely end up in small claims court representing ourselves against a landscaping vendor who had done a horrible job. We were referred to Ron Cook by Hyatt Legal Plans. Ron’s advice in our initial consultation was invaluable and the demand letter he sent the vendor worked like a charm! The vendor agreed to our entire “list of items and will comply and have all work completed” by the date we demanded, and even thanked us for giving them “the opportunity to work this out.” Kudos to Ron for a job well done!

Ron Cook provided great work on two separate occasions. The first was a rental issue I had with my landlord and Ron provided advice and contacted the landlord which led to a full resolution of the issue in my favor.
