An attorney with a heart who works to save lives.

Mr. Trodden was my attorney in both criminal and family court. He made himself available to me for all my questions and concerns and did an outstanding job with both. He made me and my fiancé feel like we were his only clients( which we definitely weren’t). Mr. Castro I dealt with a few times in the criminal court and like his associate was both honest and very diligent with my defense and needs. In family court where you can feel very vulnerable we always felt protected and like we were being heard by him and that our thoughts and feeling were always conveyed to the judge. Sometimes when you pay for services when all is said and done you kind of have some buyers remorse ( for lack of a better term ) but with Castro and Trodden I feel 100% like it was money WELL spent. What We were charged was equal to or less then other firms , that being said I’d recommend Castro and Trodden to family and friends.

Words can't truly explain how Phil has helped me, aside the fact he won my case for me, his office staff are by far tops on my list of the most professional people I've ever met, but not only are they professional but they truly care about there clients, for me they have gone above and beyond what I consider good legal counsel, I would recommend Phil to absolutely everyone and anyone who needs and excellent lawyer to defend them.. I went to Phil Jusino a few years ago I retained him for my divorce proceedings. Aside from being a useless lazy pompous so called lawyer. He was more interested to see if he could get me into his bed. Too bad at the time I was emotionally broken and very naive coming out of a 16 year marriage, I would have sued him for sexual harassment. I specifically remember one afternoon- he and I were in his boardroom going over specifics of my divorce - he asked me to get up and shut the door for more privacy- I did as he asked and as I sat back down, he said “I really only asked you to close the door because I wanted to check out your ass and legs”. Till this day I can’t believe I actually let that and other sexually inappropriate acts he’s done and said go. I was so uncomfortable I fired him and got another attorney. Part of me was protecting his children because I didn’t them having to go through the embarrassment of their father being a lying cheating sexually devian scumbag. The last thing this guy should be doing is practicing law especially around vulnerable naive women. He’s nothing more than a predator.
