My Attorney passed away and Martin Ashley took over his practice. I had an Ebel Beluga watch along with a 2 karat diamond engagement ring which was supposed to be returned to me upon the completion of my Divorce. I phoned Martin Ashley to ask him for my valuables back which was written in a legal contract that I would. Mr. Ashley refused and informed me to hire an attorney to sue him. Absolutely no morals or Ethics. So if you want an attorney void of ethics and morals. He's definitely your Man.

Martin is not the typical lawyer. He is knowledgeable, insightful, compassionate and extremely trustworthy. He is precise in explaining the process, gets back to you in a timely fashion. He says it like it is, and makes you feel at ease when you are in a stressful situation. I highly recommend him.!

I came to Martin with absolute no knowledge on how my situation would evolve. During the first consultation, he explained step by step the procedures and I took his recommended course of action. He has knowledge but doesnt put it to work it felt as the court made him do what he did he didnt do anything for us I wasted time and a lot of $$$ . Get someone else his not a law fighter I could of fight it my self you can find everythink online trust me the onlything I needed a lawyer for was to write things in law terms thats all. If I could rate him.less than poor I would I didnt get anything done looking for a better lawyer who will fight for you not one that will tell you you dont have alot of evidence just because his lazy. Pluss he charges about the same as any other lawyer in westchester so trust me their is better ones out there.
