My wife and I had such a great experience with Sandra. First, she highlighted a few important things in our first offer that ultimately led us to back out of the contract given the risk. It was smart advice. Shortly thereafter, we had an accepted bid on another property and she guided us through the process seamlessly and professionally. Always happy to answer our questions, make time for our calls, and generally be there when we needed her. If we buy another home in the area, we will be certain to use her again. Thank you Sandra!

We were referred to Sandra by a trusted business associate. Sandra is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We sold our home in Southold to a friend and were only in the area for two weeks to pack our personal belongings. Sandra set an appointment to meet with us and efficiently had us sign all the necessary paperwork, explained what our costs would be ( taxes, attorney fee, etc…) and our net. Sandra made the process easy and stress free. We have now closed, received the wire transfer and can live our lives in our new home.
