Mr. Schum represented the seller of a property I purchased. My dealings with him were less than favorable. Here are my opinions: His condescending attitude and actions impeded process and entangled communication. His competency to process the transaction was questionable. His logic was not grounded in good practice or even case law. He came across more like a playground bully then a qualified attorney.

Went there for a will, power of attorney, and health care proxy. The lawyer went with made the process very easy and answered all our questions. The preliminary meeting only lasted an hour. The lawyer will write it all up and all we need to do next is sign everything. So easy and not very expensive. It's a great feeling knowing that my wife and I are covered, legally.
