Be cautious when choosing a lawyer.⛔️
I used the services of John Mazzella, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was dissatisfied with the quality of his services and the level of communication. Throughout the process, I didn't receive adequate information about the status and outcome of my case. When I attempted to discuss a refund, the communication did not go well.
I believe clients should carefully choose their lawyer to avoid similar situations.

My experience with John Mazzella was far from positive. I felt that my case did not receive the attention it deserved, and I was disappointed with the level of communication and transparency. Although there were explanations offered for the outcomes, I was left feeling unsatisfied with the service provided.
In my opinion, clients deserve dedication and effective representation. I believe that improvements could be made to ensure clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process.

I had a very disappointing experience with this traffic attorney. It was clear from the start that he didn't put in any effort to win my case. I felt that he was indifferent to my situation, and it seemed like my nationality played a role in how my case was handled. As a client, I expected professionalism and dedication, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking fair representation.

Avoid this lawyer at all costs. He's the worst in Staten Island. DMV staff mock him and don’t take him seriously. He’s a con artist who will just disappear once he has your money. All positive reviews are likely from his friends and family. He’s an untrustworthy fraud.
