I had a very disappointing experience with Nick office , I was charged for services that were never discussed, and when I questioned the invoices, I was met with vague explanations and resistance.Beyond the financial aspect, I found their conduct to be highly unethical. They seemed more interested in maximizing their fees than in actually helping me with my case.I strongly advise anyone considering hiring this attorney to think twice. There are far more honest and professional attorneys out there who will actually prioritize their clients’ best interests rather than their own financial gain.NYS Attorney General office will get involve and the Bar Association.

I retained Mr. Rosenzweig for an action against a very unscrupulous contractor. I felt I had this contractor dead to rights but any lawyer will tell you when it goes to the courts anything can happen. Right from the start, we could see that Richard was the right attorney for the job. After all, my own brother, also an attorney referred us to Richard. Richard was extremely efficient, had a well oiled machine of office employees and was forthcoming with what to expect every step of the way. He counseled us with how to address questions during our depositions for effectiveness. In truth, the contractor was such a piece of dirt we never expected to get anything from him but in the end, Richard Rosenzweig got us all the money owed to us. I would add that Richard was an artist in depositions extracting the truth from the contractor that eventually cornered him. It was an impressive thing to see. We highly recommend Mr. Rosenzweig plain and simple.
