I was extremely surprised at the service and personal attention I was given from day one. From the beginning I was expecting the process to be tedious, confusing and drawn out. Both Jessica Termini and Jennifer Wright made the experience so much easier. They explained every option at every step of the process. A couple of years ago I went there for a comp case and about a year ago I went for a social security case. They said they were still working on my comp case a year later. Social security papers were to be fill out a d they never called me back for either. When I call for updates they said I didn't fill the papers out, (I did and left them at the front desk) so if I didn't why didn't anyone from the office call and stay on top of any of the cases, this place deserves a -5 rating find another lawyer group.

So the guy was cool sat for 5 to 10mins broke down why I couldn't be helped because the case I had about support was nothing really I can change no legal advice I can really run off with to another lawyer ... I got charged 150 dollars just to hear I couldn't be helped nicely ..I seriously feel for those 5 mins thankful for the attempt but also robbed of my money I asked the girl( I'm getting charged for this 5 to 10mins )?? she said yeah thats the fee like really ????the right thing to do was to give me back my money if you couldn't help me
