While his lawyers are knowledgeable his front desk staff greeting and answering phones is not only unprofessional but on the rude side as well. Messages often times do not get forwarded and you are left on hold for long periods of time with little to no resolution when done.

This firm has cause a lot pain and suffering on me. Their lawyer and Paralegal quit. I could never get my lawyer on the phone. I only spoke to him twice since he take my case. The won my case but they have no lawyer to represent me to get my lost benefits. They send a lawyer that don’t work with the firm that is not familiar with my case. I requested for hearings for unpaid wages over a year and the lawyer never file it. He keep telling the paralegal that tell her I file it and he never did. They keep taking cases and they don’t have enough lawyers to represent people. The new staff are not experienced. Their employees Christine scream at me on the phone. She has not pass the bar and is not experienced. Christine basically don’t know what she is doing. The whole firm has turn into a mess and a night mere. I been having anxiety just dealing with them. I am at the point in which I need to find a new lawyer.

I would've given 5 stars, but when your attorney & paralegal leave with no notice & they give new counsel whom hasnt even called you & introduced himself to you....I'm quite annoyed.

We had the best legal experience one can possibly have. From the top down, everyone was very professional and attentive to our needs, presented in a warm and friendly environment. We felt like we were sitting around our relatives home getting legal advice. And Mr James Rao called us continuously to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs were met. WORST LAWYERS EVER! ALAN K. LOST MY SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CASE. LET AANOTHER LAWYER AT THE FIRM COME TO MY SUPPLEMENTAL HEARING INSTEAD OF HIMSELF. HE DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE REPRESENTING ME AT APPEALS COUNCIL LEVEL. I SHOULD HAD FIRED HIM A LONG TIME AGO WHEN I FIRST REALISED HE WOULD LOSE IN THE BEGINNING! I HAVE MY MANY REASONS. TOO MANY TO LIST!

Everyone at the firm was so friendly and helpful. In particular, Annamarie Gentile, Stefanie DeMario-Germershausen, and Cristina Verardi were very thorough and patient. We were so thankful our family was in such kind and capable hands. They made a difficult time much easier.

I contracted Angiuli & Gentile to do needed Surrogate court paperwork. Three years ago I reviewed this firm because of other legal issues. NY Surrogate paperwork can be a pain especially considering when going through the stress of a death. Stefanie DeMario and her law clerks efficiently and quickly handled what was needed by the court - the petition and affidavits, explanation of the court's response and the final account report. Also their instructions on setting up and the handling of the the estate account. Any question I had was answered promptly and professionally. I was very pleased that Angiuli & Gentile took care of the estate issues and paperwork burden.
