Very professional, responsive, reliable attorney office

It's a sad world we live in when you go to a lawyer for help and that lawyer leads you to believe that they care and are here to help you but turn out to do just the opposite. This is one of those lawyers. The following is a brief explanation for my remarks. They accepted my case with enthusiasm and unfortunately I trusted them. It was a 3rd party case so they told me I had to find out the name of the company and the person involved which I did and then forwarded by phone to their office. Many, many months later Mr. Bush called me and informs me that they cannot find out who the 3rd party is. I should have seen the incompetency at that moment but, unfortunately, I didn't. As time was going by, I would receive a phone call approximately every several months from the office asking if I am still seeing a doctor. This led me to believe that my case is being worked on. This was another big mistake on my part. Now it's over a year and I'm thinking that it's taking time because of the situation everyone was going through because of the virus. But then something came up and I needed to ask them a particular question so I called the office... emphasis on I called. Mr. Bush comes on the line and proceeds to tell me that they can't do anything with my case. I was totally shocked and asked why. His reply was "we sent them a letter and they didn't answer it". I couldn't believe that he was telling me this after a year had passed. My comment to him was: So you send one letter and you don't get a reply and that's it? No followup no nothing? My son over hears this and takes the phone and starts asking questions such as why didn't you call her and tell her this? It's been over a year. But Mr. Bush is the type of lawyer who you don't question and he got very arrogant and said he's dropping my case. In any other situation this statement would have been comical since they obviously dropped my case along time ago but just didn't bother to inform me. So it's quite obvious that if they have to do a little work, they want nothing to do with you because it's not worth their time. He actually said "I am not worth it". If this review just helps one person not get burned by this lawyer, then I consider that a win. If you are in need of a lawyer, please check the negative reviews on this site as well as others. You will see that the comments are almost exactly the same. They do not update you, they will drop you and not tell you and their arrogant towards you if you ask questions. So if you have a case that will require them to do some work, it is most definitely in your interest to look elsewhere otherwise you will end up with nothing but an arrogant attitude towards you and nothing else. As for the 5 star reviews they received, I can only speculate that those cases required hardly any work and just required accepting a quick settlement so they can go on to their next victim. I sincerely hope this helps anyone needing a lawyer to avoid any pain and stress that this lawyer could possible cause you. He definitely can be a detriment to your case in so many ways. I wish everyone reading this review (obviously with the exception of this firm) good fortune and health. Thank you for your time
