I met Paul after a failed attempt closing on a complicated real estate deal. A friend connected us and instantly I knew he would be my go to attorney. His knowledge of real estate law and ability to navigate complicated deals is unmatched. He was able to find an extremely clever loophole that no one else could think of to close on that property and thanks to him we were able to make a great amount of money. Honest, responsive, and can anticipate problems before they happen. What else can I say, he is the go to person for all your real estate needs. My favorite part of the closings is no longer the checks, it’s getting to hang out with Paul, a real gentleman.

I found Paul’s information through google and called him three weeks before my desired closing date. I called about 20 lawyers that day and Paul was my second to last call and I was confident I made the right selection after speaking to him about my transaction. The most important question I asked every lawyer I spoke with was, what percentage of your practice represents real estate transactions? For me, I wanted a lawyer where over 50% of their business was derived from real estate transitions. I was pleased to learn for Paul it represents 90% of his business. Given that much frequency he has seen a lot over his nearly 20 years of real estate transaction history and that level of experience proved to be invaluable to this process ensuring we closed on our original desired date. Paul is fair, attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make this closing date happen with multiple challenging components to the closing. We had a seller located internationally, a power of attorney agent located five states away and a major emergency on my end seven days into the process. Needless to say, with all of this going on, Paul remained upbeat, calm and resourceful with his solution-oriented attitude- kept things moving. Paul was also extremely generous with his information not related to the transaction like rental property advice, contractor do’s and don’ts and a multitude of other things. Dulce his office manager is also great and together this made the process smooth and enjoyable. Update to my review: 10.05.2020: It has been months since my closing and to my surprise the insurance on my property lapsed due to an error of the attorney on the other side of the deal. When I reached out to Paul about the mistake he didn't shove me off or tell me it wasn't his issue. Although he had no reason to help me he did. He took the time to look into who was responsible for the error and then proceeded to refer me to someone who helped and put me in a better position then I was at the start of this mess. I am not surprised that Paul knew how to help, what impressed me was his dilgence in making sure I was okay and I had what I needed. I will purchase future properties and Paul will be my first call.

Although he didn't answer my emails in a timely manner, he did find a buyer for my home and it sold fast I found him to be personable and pleasant to work with at a stressful time for me. I would recommend Mr. Sarcona.
