I worked with Brandon and Ed. They both did a great job. Brandon had the patience to guide me through the murky waters and help lead me to victory. When I had heard that he also had vast expertise in Social Security Disability laws, going to see him was a no brainer. The work that they put in was very, very thorough and I am very pleased to say that it worked out nicely in my case. WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THEM.....WOULD NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM AGAIN.OVER 10 YEARS AGO I WAS HIT FROM BEHIND... STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN .WENT IN TO SPEEK TO THEM. THEY TOOK MY CASE. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND I RECEIVED NOTHING BUT 3,000 MAYBE AND SOME CHANGE FOR MYSELF AND AT THAT TIME MY 3 YOUNG CHILDREN. WAS SO ANGRY....NEVER AGAIN!!!

It is very difficult to navigate the process to apply for Social Security Disability. The Team at Jonathan D'Agostino explained everything I needed to know re: my case and helped me gather and submit all the necessary paperwork. I had a successful conclusion to my case.

I went to this law firm for a car accident i was T boned, the other party involved claimed full guilt. I had a shoulder injury which i was out of work for and my heart rate was irregular after the accident. I have begged and pleaded to speak to my lawyer after 2 years of NO updates. I was told by the front desk the first time they are very busy he will get back to me..... he never did. A week later i called back i was then told he was busy moving his office. I have called every single day and always another excuse until yesterday i recived a letter saying they are not going to pursue my case because the insurance company wont answer them back...... im glad dags dr friends all got paid for my pain and suffering because i went to physical therapy 5 days a week and still have issues with my shoulder. I have alot more complaints about this law firm but i think i typed enough. Just don't be suprised when they give you a number to a dentists office if u need to speak to a stephanie but dont worry the dentist is well aware dags office is a joke.

I could assure you that John Ryan D'Agostino can! On a routine visit to sign some papers, I noticed a HUGE file on J.R.'s desk, when I asked him about it he told me "Oh, that's just some of the work we've been doing on your case." Some of? How much was there? He showed me his computer screen with DAILY remarks on my little 'ole accident case. From legal to accounting, the medical dept. down to my car fare reimbursements it was all there! Boy did they make me feel special, confident and re-assured in my choice of attorney. By the way, J.R. thought they were taking their sweet time AND MADE THEM PAY ANOTHER THOUSAND DOLLARS! Just because he could! haha Love that guy!
