Christopher handled the sale of our townhome. He made the experience so easy and pleasant. One of the most stressful things you will do, and he answered all our questions before we even paid him a retainer. We will recommend him to all of our friends and family. If we still lived in Staten Island, we would use him for all of our estate needs. Best call we made.

I used the Otterbeck law firm for both my selling of my home in NY and buying of my new home in NJ. Chris was very responsive to my initial contact with him and gave me the lay of the land of what to expect. He was honest in regards to what is doable and gave me advice to ensure my sale goes through. He did everything I asked of him and I walked away from both deals very happy.
