Chris Otterbeck was our attorney for two different home purchases. One in 2010 and one in 2014. He was fantastic for both! He always responded to our questions immediately and alleviated any concerns with any issues that came up. We will be sure to use him again for our next purchase and we would highly recommend him! Chris was our attorney this spring when we bought a new home. Being that this was my first time purchasing a home, I had many questions. He was very knowledgeable. I know Harold as a fellow member of the BUCKS Business Networking Group. However, when each of my three children required the services of a real estate attorney, I couldn't care less about any networking. I only wanted the best for my children. However, Harold is the best! His firm's strong points are: attention to detail, knowledge, competence, thoroughness, prompt handling of each phase of the transaction, and Harold's ability to foresee potential problems and address the options and solutions beforehand.
