My experience with this firm was great! My contact was Mr. Antonelli. He was always available even after hours or on weekends and explained how the medical was going to be paid, how the claim against the car that hit me was filed, and the limits of that policy . He meticulously explained what supplemental under insurance was and how it worked. Needless to say, my case was settled with the full limits of the policies. I highly recommend this firm. The staff was polite and terrific.

Just wish i could write a good review. All I will say is, make sure you do your research BEFORE just hiring them for SSDI. Make sure to have a 1st conversation with the lawyer once they agree you have a case. I would then advise having the same conversation with another team before hiring DagLaw. They don’t “bite” back very well….having a conversation with your lawyer a day before the call with the ALJ isn’t helpful to prep you for your case…good luck….

I applied for Social Security Disability on my own and was rejected. Social Security determined my condition was serious but they expected that it would improve and I would not be unable to work for 12 comsecutive months. I appealed. After unsuccessful spine surgery and continued pain Social Security denied my application a second time. The process was frustrating and I felt like I just wasn't being heard. I'm glad I consulted with D'Agostino and Associates before requesting a hearing before an administrative law judge. With the firm's help, the administrative law judge approved my SSD on the spot! Attorney Ed Pavia, during the hearing, knew exactly what questions to ask me that hadn't been by the administrative law judge that would shed light on my disabilities. I really appreciate that he clearly understood my limitations and helped me to express them in a concise manner. Pam Horvath, Toni Loggie, Stephanie Mendez and Caitlin Wakefield worked diligently to communicate with SSA, obtain medical records (which wasn't easy as many medical practices don't maintain their patient records on site). They communicated with me frequently to be sure all was in order before the hearing. They were helpful and kind. It was a pleasure emailing and speaking to them and I was so glad to have the pleasure of meeting Pam in person! My experience with Jonathan D'Agostino and Associates was completely positive. I used Jonathan D’Agnostino & Associates to do a Will and Trust and it was a much easier than I thought. The staff attorney was pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable of task at hand. She answered all of my questions and offered sound suggestions. This review is over due. This is my worst experience. The lawyer and staff have poor communication skills. Not honest about my case. I had to call, I would never recommend this law firm.
