As a former client I have to say, the level of professionalism, respect, and care given to me and my case was well appreciated. The office staff was very courteous. The facility is clean. Lastly it was an overall great experience dealing with the people at D'Agostino & Associates. I would without hesitation employ their services again.

This firm takes things to a whole new level. I have yet to see a more professional firm. They handled my case with kit gloves from our first meeting. I have to also give their paralegal Brandon a special thanks. Not only was he extremely diligent but he treated me as if I was family. They’re wonderful. When I first came to Ed Pavia,, he was very knowledgeable, Informative, and extremely helpful. When I applied for my SSD, Toni, his Assistant,, was extremely helpful, courteous, and diligent. She obtained all my medical records in a timely fashion, she answered any questions I had, she stopped to help me in every aspect, even when she was busy. They are very courteous, but the most important thing is that they fought for me, and won my case. Toni kept me informed on a regular basis, she intelligently answered any questions that I had, which kept me at ease. If she had to contact my physicians’ Offices more than once, she did, and she obtained the pertinent information for my case, in order to help it move along.
