everyone in this office is extremely professional. All of the attorneys were great and always available to answer any of our questions, and emails. All of the secretaries were very nice and professional whenever we would enter the office. Toni, in particular was amazing throughout this entire process! She would answer our phone calls anytime and always had great advice and the answers to our questions. If she was unsure of something she would do her homework and find out the best solution or answer we were seeking. She took time out of her day to always accommodate us. Throughout this process we became very close friends. Toni is extremely professional and extremely intelligent in this field. I want to personally thank Toni, in particular for helping us through this difficult process and always being there for us! You are the shining star of that team! We had started our disability claim process with another firm who really screwed up and dropped the ball, but after going to see Mr. Pavia and his assistant Brandon in the office they pickup up the pieces, put everything together and got us over the finish line. Even now, months after dads hearing they are always available to help, support Nd guidance. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. 👍

I went to D'Agostino & Associates to help me with a claim for an accident I was involved in. I was rear-ended and was injured and had to undergo back surgery. If I didn't call them for an update I would never know how my case was doing. 6 years of being told not to worry and honestly felt like I was bothering them. They did nothing to I had submitted all paperwork necessary for my case. Then I even after what they called a dynamic statement from one of my Doctors, my attorney and I went to an arbitrator along with the defendants attorney. I was asked a series questions of which I answered honestly and in detail, the other attorney was asked only one question. I was given zero compensation and if you are looking for attorneys who will work for you I would look elsewhere. They are horrible.

Highly recommend Jon D’Agostinos law firm. I was rear ended and his staff was there every step of the way. All the girls in the office were nice and handled any problems I had with bills I received that should have been covered. Rob kept in touch with me too about my case, I never felt left in the dark on anything, He conveyed all the information he received in a timely manor. Horrible liars and very shady people will take case to favor opposition and take money on back end bad part is its hard to find a lawyer to sue them for their fraudulent activities since most lawyers dobt sue other lawyers do not recommend and should be avoided also never return calls and give you run around to get your own documents
