Highly recommend Jon D'Agostino and his firm! They go above and beyond for their clients. Not only are they an excellent professional firm to work with but Jon is also a great person and always goes the extra mile to help any client in need. I've had the pleasure of working with Jon and I would highly recommend him! It's always best to work with an attorney who is willing to go the extra mile!

Mr. D'agostino's knowledge, calm presence, sound advice and effort resulted in a quick resolution of a tense matter. Mr. D'agostino provided a level of access almost unheard of in his profession. Although very busy, he would answer phone calls, text messages, and emails so promptly you would feel like his only client. I wish I would’ve left a review 10 years ago when I first experienced The Dagastino and his firms services... but I’m glad it’s never too late to share how wonderful this law firm is! I unfortunately have to seek their services again due to a recent car accident I and my 5 week old infant has been in. I’m so happy I remembered them because they are so accommodating and helpful during this very stressful and trying time for me. MR. Johnathan and his staff truly understand customer service from offering to meet me at my home if I needed, so I wouldn’t have to travel with my baby with out an vehicle to checking in on me to ensure I was ok after and before my doctors visits for both myself and child. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet in making sure I have all I need as I wait just a little before I’m seen by the lawyers, and I’m never waiting long. They did not file the claim on time and don't respond to their clients in a timely manner. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Stay away. There are thousands of better attorneys out there. Funny how fast they respond to a negative review, but never to an email or phone call from their client. Of course they decided to let the case go because they just wanted a quick settlement. Trust me... they don’t care!

Due to negligence of a previous employer's building management, I slipped and fell in a stairwell. Luckily there was only an injury to my back and not my head. I was uncertain of what to do so I talked to a friend. I knew back injuries could be extremely problematic, and I was concerned about any kind of physical limitation that could spring out from this accident. Since the law firm has handled many slip and fall cases, they were able to anticipate my anxieties and the many questions circling my head regarding this situation. It was a relief to have them explaining everything even before I could get to some of the questions already buzzing in my head. That demonstration of experience and professionalism was just the right medicine for handling the anxiety that naturally goes along with this kind of situation. It was solid professionalism throughout the rest of the process. I was impressed with the abilities of the lawyer and grateful for everyone who was involved in the work going on behind the scene.
