The entire staff including Rob A and Jon Ryan we’re always courteous and professional . Anytime I had a question in regards to a medical bill it was always answered quickly and efficiently ! As a Staten islander who moved to New Jersey the process of my accident was explained and after A reasonable amount of time it was settled . Thank you !!

I have known Ed Pavia Esq. who works for Jonathan D'Agostino & Associates for many years and have worked alongside him in various capacities. When I had heard that he also had vast expertise in Social Security Disability laws, going to see him was a no brainer. The work that they put in was very, very thorough and I am very pleased to say that it worked out nicely in my case. The entire staff from the classy ladies at the front desk, Ed himself Brandon and to Britney who runs the show in the Social Security department of the firm, are top of the line, professional and very nice people. Brittany especially has been there for me (still is) to answer any questions that I have and help me file any any paperwork needed. I highly recommend this firm.

I wasn't comfortable with the legal representation provided me by my insurance company for my social security disability case. Largely due to the fact that they were in Massachusetts and we weren't going to physically meet until my hearing. I met with Ed Pavia and other attorneys from other firms to explore my options. After deciding on working with Ed we learned that my hearing would be mid-January rather than the anticipated date of April 2019. With only a month to prepare, Ed and his team gathered and reviewed all my many years of medical history from my various doctors and therapists and guided me with great professionalism and obvious expertise through the process. Thanks to Ed and his legal assistant Brandon Battaglia's efforts we received a favorable response by the end of January! I can't thank D'Agostino & Associates enough for the manner in which they jumped in on short notice to address my concerns and take over my representation during this very stressful time. Even their administrative staff is a pleasure to deal with and it is refreshing to know there is a first class legal operation here on Staten Island. And then receiving a follow up call from Mr. D'Agostino himself just boldly underscores my confidence in the quality of this legal practice for any future representation I might need regardless of the circumstance.

I have a case for my son with this office going to be 2 years soon, during the 1st consultation they told me it will take no more than 6 months! I have been calling and following up to check the status, but see no end, I learned that this people let the cases from under age people to sit there until the client reaches legal edge so that they do not have to spend on courts. DO NOT USE THEM IS YOU HAVE A CASE WITH A MINOR

He treated me with respect they fought for me he made sure that he gave me the highest pay possible it may not have been much but it was enough to make sure my family can be comfortable Any questions or concerns that I address that they answered did with the truth I recommend them to anyone that needs a lawyer that’s going to take your case serious

Very unprofessional law firm. They are ambulance chasing lawyers who encourage clients to persue cases of injury when there is no injury. Waste of your time.
