I called to find out if they can provide a particular service they said yes and told us to come in right away upon getting there they said they don't perform that service and turned us away 6 people had to travel to his office what a waste of time

I had an accident case and was blown away by Jonathan and his team. That are absolutely amazing. From the staff of girls in his office to the attorneys; everyone treats you like family. They are available any time you need anything. I felt very safe and secure and felt I was in excellent hands. They are truly the best at what they do. I always speak highly of them and refer if anyone has a question. They never charge even if you have a question you need answered on the phone. They don’t push you to come in to see them for a consult if you just need peace of mind for any issue. You have to know your rights always!

I hired this firm 3 years ago to represent me after being hit by a car. At first, they were very responsive and answered any questions I had. As time progressed, they stopped communicating with me and I had to call to find out what was happening with my case. Most of the time I was told to call back and no one made any effort to explain anything to me. Three years after the accident, the lawyer called me several times to ask if I would accept a settlement. I told him I wanted to go to court as I had a very serious hit and run accident case that ruined my life. Instead of encouraging this option he told me I would have to pay the witness. This fact was never disclosed to me in all the time I had been trying to communicate with anyone at this firm. It was abruptly dropped on me towards the end of the process. I asked my son to speak with this lawyer and his reply was “now she knows.” My case was settled for significantly less than I expected. I was told that Staten Island is Conservative and if it was another borough (like Brooklyn) I would’ve gotten more in settlement. I lost my job, my home and my leg and back are permanently injured. I live with chronic pain. In short, my life was ruined through no fault of my own. I hired this law firm in the hope that they would do their best to help me. They didn’t. They did not work on my behalf to secure an equitable settlement and added insult to injury by charging outlandish fees that dig into the already paltry settlement I ended up with. Do not use this firm if you’re in a car accident on Staten Island. They cherry pick who they will do their best for and it may not be you. Save yourself time and heartbreak and go elsewhere.

All I'm going to say is Ed Pavia and his team are on the money. Any questions I had were answered immediately.
