Dagastino law firm in Staten Island is the
worse firm! No one return's phone calls, and as a ex client of theirs you would think that they had my best interest but no because the grandkids belong to a certain club that I was sueing they purposely "dropped the ball". John Dagastino law firm is a bunch of incompetent lawyers with a stamped piece of paper that allows them to "practice law"!!

Great law firm all around. My wife and son were in a terrible accident in August of 2022. This firm helped us with medical issues as well as getting us the best possible result. Jenna johnryan April and Jennifer all were great. Mary also in the medical records department.would tell everyone to use them when in need of any event you need a law firm.

I guess, I can say they are the best, I had a very complicated disability case and they handled it so well. Took a long time due to Covid restrictions, courts hours limitations, mistakes made by authorities, but firm never stopped working on my case, following up and informing me on everything. Big big applause and heartfelt thank you. If you ever in need of a lawyer this is the place to go to

I picked up my settlement check, went to the bank to deposit it when I noticed a very large error. I spoke to April, she ratified the situation, and sent my bank the corrected amount. I was pleasantly surprised, I thought I would have to come back into the office.

Jonathan D’Agostino & associates helped my husband with his disability claim after a very bad car accident. They were great and handled everything from day one. I have to say Toni was excellent in answering all our questions and handled everything from getting medical records and all needed paperwork for court. We were well prepared the day of court. Not to mention any email i sent her i would hear back within 10 minutes the most! Highly recommended
