I always have felt nervous talking with Lawyers and have felt very uneasy. Today was my second consult with Beata Gadek and for the second time i was put at ease with my particular case. Ms Gadek has a way about her where she brings in her warmth with her professionalism and when you are a nervous individual because you think everything is against you Ms Gadek changes that worry real fast. I would recommend Beata Gadek to anyone looking for a Lawyer with a professional manner and excellent bed-side manner especially if you are nervous about your legal situation. She is excellent!!!!!

I just received the Welcome to America letter, from Homeland Security. Had the interview last week. I am from Honduras, married an US citizen last September. My husband and I started the process late October. It was a 6 month process. From the first meeting, Bea was so helpful, open and welcoming. We knew then she would be the one helping us through this process. Plus what they charged us for it, just a fair value for what obtaining my status adjustment is for us. Bea was on point with the documents requested, never felt like "is there anything else she is gonna ask for". She surely has a great knowledge of what she does. Mrs. Gadek is wonderful! She took her time and explained the loan modification process in detail. She asked for some information & papers and she took care of the rest. She constantly kept us updated on the progress. Mrs. Gadek is organized, smart, confident and down to earth. She was able to modify our loan in a couple weeks at a considerably lesser monthly payment. We can't thank her enough!!

We came to this firm after researching on the internet and looking for an attorney who specifically handles bankruptcy and then a remedy and follow-up. I was asked in a clear concise way to gather specific documents that would be needed for our case. Then Mr. Hollender took it from there. He and his staff within 6 months helped our family to find our way to a Chapter 7 discharge and most important a follow-up with ideas to recover from it. Were there ups and downs in the process; of course, but his steady hand helped guide the ship. He then assigned an attorney named Bea Gadek. Empathy and understanding are said way too often but this attorney embodies both. She is a listener and then a pro-active doer. Bea Gadek proved very capable with her knowledge of the Foreclosure process and how to help try and keep our home. The most touching time for me was when she and I went to court and guess who came. The Boss. Mr. Hollender came as an observer and if his capable services were needed he would make himself available. Ms. Gadek represented me in Court to help with obtaining a Loan Modification. I did not know until this week that I would be granted a final Modification, but I knew if we hung in there and had proper representation we would have our best chance. I know in many cases the ending is not as happy as mine turned out. I was doubting the process with the Bank but Ms. Gadek listened and advised us to hang in there. In the end as with any business we need to pay what is deserved. This firm worked with us under our circumstances and were fair and totally honest to the end.
