Kirill Muchnik and Tracey Marino have provided absolutely extraordinary service. To give you some background, I live in South Africa and my elderly parents live in NY. My parents' did not have their wills in order when the pandemic struck. To make matters even more urgent, my mother has Leukemia. Despite the pandemic and my being on the other side of the world and needing to sign all of their estate documents as their Executor, Kirill and Tracey demonstrated incredible patience and professionalism and all of my parents' estate planning documents are now in order. They answered so many questions so many times - even many of the same questions over and over again as my parents were feeling overwhelmed and getting confused. They always answered with patience and made things as easy as possible for them to understand. They went to EXTRAORDINARY lengths to get my parents' affairs in order - organizing my parents signing of the documents with strict COVID-19 protocols in place, FedExing documents, dealing with the different time zone in SA, etc. They have the ideal combination of true compassion and an absolute commitment to being professional. I truly felt as if they handled by parents' documents as if they were handling the documents of their own parents. I never felt that we were just another client and case for them as I have experienced in so many other law firms. They took my parents' crisis to heart, and despite very challenging COVID-19 and logistical issues with my living on another continent, did an exceptional job and got my parents' affairs in order.
