5 STARS are not enough! After speaking to Ms. Dow initially, I felt a sense of security and hope for the first time in 3 years. She is direct, honest, efficient, and reasonable with her charges. Ms. Dow looked out for mine and my children's best interests at ALL times. She was always trying to finalize and settle the case as soon as possible instead of dragging it on.
