Michael was very helpful and guided us through the process to help get my daughter Medicaid and guardianship of her. He handled pretty much everything, relieving my worries and allowing me time to handle my daughters care. I highly recommend micheal if you need assistance in Medicaid/Medicare matters or anything on the periohery of that.

You will not find a more knowledgeable expert estate and trust attorney than Michael Camporeale. He accomplishes what he said he will do in an efficient and timely manner. He respects his clients and conducts his business ethically and diligently. You will not come away with the feeling that you paid for something you could have done better yourself. His paralegal Mary Ann is outstanding also and always helpful and thorough in following through with legal tasks. She works so hard yet still seems pleased to answer any questions and assist in any way she can. They are a wonderful credit to the legal profession.

Disappointing Experience with Jay Duskin: Unprofessional Conduct and Mismanagement My interaction with Jay Duskin, ostensibly representing Robert Rosenblatt's law firm, was marked by profound disappointment and frustration. Rosenblatt's law firm subcontracted my case out to him without my permission. I expected competence and professionalism, but instead encountered a series of egregious mishaps that exacerbated an already stressful situation. My mother had a small claims case regarding a previous tenant's security deposit. Initially, my engagement with Jay Duskin began with a startling lack of transparency. Despite assurances from Robert Rosenblatt's office that my attendance in court was unnecessary, Jay Duskin aggressively and rudely berated my mother and I over the phone for not being present at the hearing. This abrupt change in stance left me scrambling and confused, illustrating a severe breakdown in communication within the firm. Throughout our interactions, Jay Duskin's demeanor was consistently confrontational and uncooperative. He failed to adequately prepare for the case, neglecting to review crucial evidence and instead demanding last-minute printed copies that were never communicated to me beforehand. This lack of foresight and preparation on his part led to unnecessary delays and complications in court, further highlighting his incompetence. Moreover, Jay Duskin's handling of the situation was marked by unprofessional behavior. His demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful, exacerbating an already tense situation and failing to provide the reassurance and guidance expected from a legal representative. His inability to communicate effectively or acknowledge his role in the misunderstandings surrounding the case demonstrated a profound lack of accountability and client care. Ultimately, my experience with Jay Duskin was deeply disappointing and costly. His unprofessional conduct, coupled with Robert Rosenblatt's firm's systemic failures, resulted in unnecessary stress, financial burden, and a prolonged legal ordeal. I would strongly advise against relying on Jay Duskin or Robert Rosenblatt's law firm for any legal matters, as their collective incompetence and lack of integrity have proven detrimental to my case and overall well-being. He said he was confident he could get my case dismissed and then when it was time for another court appearance due to HIS mixup, he claimed he was "too busy" and had the audacity to think he was going to charge me if he did have time. My mother ended up having to pay $1,650 instead of the original $350 because she was forced to settle as the new lawyer she had to hire was not able to get it dismissed. What Jay Duskin did is truly immoral.

I just want to say HIRE Michael M. Walsh, he is the best if there were more stars I would add them. No nonsense Attorney You want things to come out right HIRE Walsh.
