Buying a home is a process; a very long, time-consuming, sometimes aggravating process. Now imagine trying to do so five times, during a pandemic; imagine having to read through hundreds and thousands of pages of legal documents in an attempt to discern the best possible deal. Five times, Victoria and her team helped us navigate this process, each time examining contracts and seller's wills and deeds and building financials and hidden clauses to make sure the home we would eventually purchase was both safe and financially sound. She helped my family avoid multiple potentially problematic situations, each time advocating on our behalf, and holding our interests at the forefront. I cannot adequately enough express my gratitude for her tenacity and generosity of time and spirit. I am also very grateful to her support team, specifically Fina, who maintained an ongoing, sometimes daily connection to us, not only explaining aspects of the process but also facilitating contact between the many parties involved. This purchasing a home during a world crisis has not been easy. And my family and I could never have accomplished it without Shteiman et al. Unfortunately there aren’t enough stars I would give to Victoria because she and her team deserve way more than 5 stars. After experiencing working with Victoria I have feeling I want to buy a house every day just to work with her. She thought of every possible way to protect our interests. Every thing was being thought many steps ahead into future. Because she knows that purchasing a home is a long investment and there are many things in future that have to be considered. There was not a thought or an idea that wasn’t analyzed by Victoria before implementing it into the contract. She would always find an advice and protection plan for it. She just would always take the business with outmost care as if she’s doing it for herself. She puts her heart and souls into her clients. Which makes her a great professional and a wonderful person. There is no value to her honesty and decency. She wouldn’t accept a penny more than it was agreed on. We literally had to beg to accept few dollars more but she wouldn’t accept. We had a pleasure working with Victoria on sale (December 2019) and purchase of a new construction (February 2019-October 2020). I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent us. She always made herself available to answer question, was patient to explain things that were not obvious, provided invaluable advice that at times were adding more work for her but was in our very best interests. Covid made our situation very tricky and delayed our purchase for 7 months and she navigated us throughout the process working with us and attorneys on the other side of the deals to make sure our interest are protected. What I also appreciated with Victoria is that she never gave an answer on the fly. She always made sure to ask questions, brainstorm before she provided an answer. Knowledgeable, experienced professional and yet humble, not acting “I know it all” and ready to explain things at our level so that we get it. Victoria does not work alone and the people she has in her office work so nicely together as a team. Her assistant Fina is just such a pleasure to talk to every time you call (and makes sure to get back to you). I am not planning any sale/purchase in any near future but if I would, I already know who I would go to: Victoria!
