I was contacted randomly by Katrina for a trademark renewal. Initially she seemed helpful so I took a chance, but it didn't turn out to be a positive experience. Although the renewal did get processed some aspects initially discussed were missed and the actual filing was done through another lawyer. Overall very disappointed with the attention to detail and communication.
