I have just finalized my bankruptcy a week ago and it took me a little time to write this because I don’t even know where to begin with how to express my gratitude and more importantly the peace in my life I know have once again. Bankruptcy is truly one of the hardest decisions I had to make because for me it was failure, disappointment, embarrassment and judgement on myself. I scheduled a consultation with Karra to simply get some information and interview a few other people. Not only did she answered all of my concerns and worries but she empathized with me and made me feel safe and like she actually truly cared for me and my situation. She was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate of my situation. I retained her right then and there. I am a good judge of character and instantly knew she was the one I could trust to not only represent me with this terrible chapter in my life but that she had the experience and the caring to basically see me through this with compassion and patience. I suffer from ADHD, anxiety and depression so I can only imagine that at times I could delay my own process but not getting all the information to her in a timely matter. And not once did she treat with frustration and instead always handled me with white glove service and caring. I would absolutely hands down refer her and have already to all my family, friends and strangers. Karra is a great lawyer and amazingly always available to answer any questions that I had. Anytime I would text her or call she was happy to speak to me about my case. I wanted to share my experience so that I can help others looking for an attorney. Going through the situation I was in was one of the worst experiences. I had met with another attorney who really was not nice at all. I left a deposit with the other attorney but after dealing with a bunch of headaches and the unprofessionalism I knew I needed to find someone else to help me. Luckily, I found Karra and I am so grateful that I did. She went above and beyond and was professional the whole time. She answered all of my questions, was never nasty and always professional. Don’t go anywhere else. The stress the other attorney caused was so unnecessary. I will be using Karra for all of my future matters.
