Could not have asked for better representation; I made the right choice for my purchase of a New Jersey property. Calls taken immediately and I always felt informed. Documents provided timely; it almost seemed too easy.

Ken was great from day one of our relationship.
Our condo selling, went without any hitches. We were kept informed of all procedures promptly.
Mellisa was extremely helpful with all of the steps, as well as Stephanie with communication. We would recommend Merlino, and Gonzalez to anyone looking to buy, or sell, property. Absolutely no problems with them!!!

From the start, Merlino & Gonzalez's team was very professional and caring. As first time homebuyers, I had hundreds of questions and Michele and Stephanie always answered promptly. They made closing a breeze and even after I had closed, Attorney Merlino clarified a concern I had. After an in depth meeting with Ken Gonzalez outlining the goal we wanted to accomplish he put together an estate plan that we feel completing comfortable with.
