I'll start off by saying if you don't use Helene Mark for your New York Traffic violations, you're making a big mistake. These is no one else I would go to!! I was issued a speeding ticket for 31 miles over the speed limit. It was a potential $1100 fine and 8 points on my license. I asked around and was given Ms. Mark's number. When I called her she was immediately attentive to my situation, advised me what steps to take and I just sat back and waited. The cost was a FRACTION of what I would have had to pay in fines and surcharges had I been found guilty. I received multiple communications from her office which kept me at ease throughout. Not sure what tricks she had up her sleeve, but after multiple postponements and almost 2 years later, the ticket was dismissed with no fines and zero points!! TRUST THE PROCESS. She is the REAL DEAL and the GOAT of NYC Attorneys. Thank you Ms. Mark!

This is the most important thing I’ve done since I’ve owned a house. Neal made it quite clear why a trust is a necessity that protects your assets. From the dinner seminar down to every last detail in our meetings with him. Gina then does a tremendous job of keeping up with us to make sure we do everything necessary to insure we’re protected. Even though she doesn’t know the Capitol of Bolivia is La Paz (private joke). I highly recommend this to everyone that has assets ( home and all) and a family. Protect your stuff so no one else gets their hands on it. On a scale of 1-10 Neal gets a 10. Gina gets an 11.

My wife and I attended a presentation sponsored by the O'Reilly Law Firm regarding the benefit of having a living trust. Cornelius O'Reilly took the time to explain what a living trust is and why its important to prepare while the Trustees are of sound mind and body. He allowed many questions to be raised and he answered them with clarity and advisement. He was clear on the cost and the due diligence that would be taken in composing the trust. My wife and I have 2 wonderful children and 3 beautiful grandchildren and it is our wish to turn over our wealth and legacy to them. We provided the Firm with a record of all of our assets and they in turn through a secured portal tabulated them into the trust. We found the staff at the Firm to be very responsive and pleasant. We are continuing to work with the firm on matters of finance and asset management
