I was hesitant at first to fight my speeding ticket but with the consequences of going over 21mph the limit, I didn’t want to get any points, fines, or take a defensive driving class. I googled attorneys in Staten Island and luckily I found Helene Mark. She is very good in communicating. The process in the beginning went well, you get to visit their office and they will discuss about your speeding ticket. Then they log your ticket into the system and take it from there. They responded back to all my emails and questions I had. I was never ignored by them. After 2 years that pass, I received an email that my ticket got dismissed. I never been so happy and appreciate all the time and effort it took for them to get my ticket dismissed. I highly recommend Helene to anyone who is seeking to fight their speeding ticket. A+++

Supports the abuse of children and tries to make victims take the blame, vile little guy

Having been referred to the Law Office of Helene Mark by a very knowledgeable business associate, I was hopeful that her representing me would be of some use in explaining the circumstances of and mitigating the impact of the traffic summons that I received. Although she was not overly hopeful, I trusted the person who referred me. In fact, I trusted the referral so much so that I myself quickly referred a doctor friend to Helene Mark. My friend was delighted with Helene Mark's representation and the eventual disposition of the traffic citation. That made me so happy to have recommended Helene Mark! In any event, my faith and trust in the recommendation that I received to call the Law Office of Helene Mark was right! Her staff kept me informed every step of the journey. Her staff was always available to talk with and explain everything that was happening and why and how. I have dealt with so many lawyers over the years, with so many of them and their staff seemingly to never have time to talk. The Law Office of Helene Mark is amazing. Dare I say that Helene Mark accomplished the impossible regarding having my citation DISMISSED, allowing me to maintain my clean driving record and saving me a fortune? YES. She did that, too! Besides bearing a remarkable resemblance to Porky Pig, this pathetic excuse for a criminal defense attorney tends to feel that focusing on meaningless minutiae is an effective defense strategy. For instance, while cross examining the ER nurse who did her best to save the child that Chris Gregor tortured with a treadmill and biting, he attempted to assert that it was impossible to attend to her life saving treatment of Corey while also observing the behavior of his vile fiend of a father. Wow, Porky, I'm dazzled by your sublime 'logic.' Bullying an experienced ER nurse who did her best to keep that little boy alive demonstrates your lack of any moral compass. As is often said, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree; certainly, this is the case with your son, Andrew. I was appalled by what I discovered. Your delusions of grandeur were reflected by your belief that you had a better understanding of the medical aspects of the case than the highly trained medical professionals who testified. The child's body temperature at admission and the results of Corey's bloodwork are inconsistent with a diagnosis of sepsis. Mike Baden will always support the highest bidder. Since I am a trained scientist, I am biased towards actual truth, rather than attempts to hoodwink innocent jurors into believing lies to save a sadistic child abuser. Go ahead and appeal; Christopher Gregor is wasting his time.

I hired Helene to help me with a cell phone traffic ticket. She emailed me right away and the whole process was so easy. She took care of everything and my ticket was dismissed ! No court appearance needed. Thank you!
