After being referred by my Son, Ms. Mark met me with a pleasant smile and in a professional manner. Her first words were I cannot make any promises She did however, say that she would try her best, and she did. When she helped my son she was able to win one case and reduce the fee and points significantly on another. He was so pleased with her and her efforts that he recommended her to several other people as well. While searching for a decent traffic attorney, I came across Helene Mark's name. I read her reviews and gave her office a call. Helene Mark is way more than decent. She is fantastic. Ms. Mark gives you all information up front without any false promises. In dealing with Ms. Mark it is clear her knowledge of the system and the Judges she's up against. I was called the day of my court case and on the advice of Ms. Mark, I decided not to postpone the hearing. The outcome could not have been better. The cell phone charges were dismissed. If she didn't call me to say we need to go through with this now because of her knowledge, I'm not sure it would have ever been dismissed. Another review stated that she gave false hope. I find that extremely hard to believe as Ms. Mark was completely upfront and honest. Excellent traffic attorney!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $250 for her services then went ahead and charged me another $40 because she did not attend my hearing and she put out another date without contacting me! I did all the calling to keep up with what was going on. She lost my case and had to pay the court an extra $150 to the court for the ticket. Not only did I spend $400 I now have an extra 5 points on my license for something I didn’t do. POLICE IN STATEN ISLAND ARE CORRUPT. And apparently the lawyers too. Don’t be fooled by the five star rates.

HELENE IS THE BEST LAWYER OUT THERE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL YOUR TICKET NEEDS! I’m a 19 year old driver who had 15 points on my licenseand couldn’t afford anymore. I had a 6 point speeding ticket that would’ve put me over the edge and suspended me and possibly revocated me and Helene got it dismissed! Not only did she save my license, but she even got me bond money back! Best lawyer out there and would 100% use again!!

Very good, Very Informative, Genuine person

She was AWESOME. My 22 year old son could have gotten his license suspended because he was going 65 miles over the speed limit. She took care of the problem immediately and showed up for court 3 times. She was quick, efficient and honest. She will be my go to attorney from now on. I highly recommend her to everyone. She's definitely a 5 STAR attorney and they are very hard to find.
