Very professional and knowledgeable in handling personal trust. Strongly recommend this law firm.

No one at the firm seems to proofread documents created for clients. When I noticed “error messages” and called them to their attention, the messages were overridden and cross references inserted in their place — but the section referenced had been omitted (at my request) so the references were nonsensical. In other words, the computer program had correctly identified a problem but the firm didn’t take the time to either understand it or fix it by altering the formulaic language of the e-document. This is no way to demonstrate the superiority of custom service vs downloading a form from the internet.

Went in not knowing what to expect regarding a trust- came out completely satisfied from consultation to final signing. Mr O’Reilly was very professional, explaining what was involved. Mr O’Reilly is no nonsense and tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. All questions welcomed. Gina (assistant) was a pleasure to work with. She prepared us as to what would be needed, Gina’s professionalism and communication was fantastic throughout the process. May I add she is extremely personable, courteous and well organized.

Gina and Neil made the whole process of setting up trust easy and less scary. They explained each step and reasons behind. I would recommend them to any family or friend looking to establish a will or trust! Totally professional and extremely personable.

“Neil” O’Reilly is a consummate professional from the first meeting where he provides a free seminar to make you aware of things that happen in life to our unsuspecting selves (sickness & death) as well as our family members. He hand holds you with easy steps to get from A-Z in making a trust and protecting you. He’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. That being said, I also don’t think for the services he provided that he’s astronomical either. Id say his fee was fair. Questions forever are free. He looks out for the best for people whether you become a client or not. It doesn’t end there, his staff is as friendly and professional as him. They are organized and know their jobs better than well from the first phone appointment to the signing of the last paper. I highly recommend this firm.
