Before talking to Richard, I phoned about 4 attorneys. I explained to them the situation. They immediately quoted me what I need to pay before they would lift a finger to do any research on the case. Then, I called Richard up to ask for help. He immediately pulled up information I needed while I was on the phone and confirmed that I do not need to take legal action at this time based on the case. Richard would charge approximately a similar fee as the other attorneys, but he had the decency to get to the bottom of the problem before taking the money. You got my respect, sir. I will use your services again, if I ever need help.
