We had a lot of choices of who would represent us in our law case and was blessed beyond measure that we chose Vesselin Mitev. My husband and I had an enormous house fire in which we lost are entire home, all its contents, three vehicles and invaluable sentimental treasures. We hired a restoration company who took all our funds intended for rebuilding the home and halted construction in the middle of the winter and demanded we sign a new contract allocating them more money than originally agreed upon. When we refused and the Company left and stole our construction material ordered to rebuild our home, inclusive of custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom accessories (toilet, sinks etc.). Prior to meeting Vess, we were advised by others to renegotiate a new deal with the contractor, that it wouldn't be worth the fight. We were warned that we could never when against the "big company", they would just keep us in years of litigation, and not only would we not regain our home, but the money we would spend in attorney fees would far surpass rebuilding our home. We met with Vess, not only did he tell us we did the best thing by not signing a new contract, but also assured us that we had a good case, and with his help he was more than confident that we would win. As reassuring as that was, he remarkably stated that he was also willing to work with us at a discounted rate. Needless to say, we won, not only were we immediately back in our home, but it was completed in record timing. Vess went over and beyond in protecting our family interest and triumphantly fighting for us. He goes hard for the underdog; he detests bullies and stands strong for what is right. Vess held our hand and advised us every step of the way. He was always available to speak with us, listen to us and guide us in every aspect of the process.
