“Terrible experience. John Piccinnini is unprofessional and disorganized to work with. The representative that was sent to my closing was TWO HOURS LATE which was so embarrassing and held everyone else up.”

“My response to that email was ignored, and in between our exchange I had emailed a few times, which were also ignored. Not sure why you feel the need to mention my realtor because this was not a subject that was discussed with them, but perhaps it's part of your pattern with not taking accountability.”
