She has attention to detail and is very responsive to personal questions, even after the house was closed. Strongly recommend.

Called Ms.Reardon for a consultation and she did not want to listen to what I had to say. I was facing some trouble with closing on a commercial property that I wanted to purchase, and that I had paid a deposit on already. Basically, the seller was taking too long to close and we were way beyond the due diligence period . I explained the situation to her and she asked me "why are you rushing to close?" Well if someone's cash is stuck and is preventing them from earning rental income, I'd think they'd want to close as soon as possible. As I continued to speak, she interrupted and said "If you want to continue speaking with me, I do charge a fee for consultation". Long story short, this woman is primarily focused on financial gain and does not have a genuine concern for her client's best interests.
