Me a two partners bought a Laundromat two years ago and had Warren handle the legal process. He was very helpful both pre and post purchase, making sure that we were covered for all the machines, the cash flow, the utility cost, suppliers, repairman, staff, etc. He also found some issues on the previous lease that we were able to clear up before taking operation. Definitely recommend him.

This lawyer is the most evil man. He does not care about you, and will try to rob you. He is nasty and not honest. I think he even works from his house. Save your money and find another lawyer. He dowsnt even deserve one star. He made my case a lot worst.

I never come on here to give poor reviews but as an honest business owner- I am truly just looking out for everyone else out there. This man cost me over $50,000 in losses! He is a scam, he runs his services through the phone- without even giving you the decency of meeting face to face. He often avoids phone calls, unless it’s in context of him asking for more money. He completely ripped me off after I trusted him, and to top it off, he is asking for $15,000 in fees for him to even proceed. I own multiple businesses and have dealt with many lawyers, but this particular lawyer is not to be trusted as he is money hungry (to put lightly) and unreliable. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Simple. Don’t use him as your lawyer. It would be a total waste of money and TIME. And you will find yourself in a deeper hole, choosing him as your lawyer. He put my family at risk with almost losing everything. There is a lot of strange things about him. Simply, he’s unethical, a con artist, and an ungodly soul. Warren Dank, you won’t get away with anything, karma will haunt you.
