David handled our bankruptcy, achieving the best outcome imaginable for an otherwise miserable situation. He clearly answered our questions, even proposed ideas that we hadn't thought of, which greatly benefited us in the end. He was straightforward and honest - no phony 'sympathy,' etc. Even the one time he chastised us (for showing up late to a hearing), he was obviously distraught because he didn't want US to suffer the consequences, i.e., the delay in resolution of our case. He truly took our case personally, which was really a bonus, compared to all the other things he did right (being on-time with all filings and appearances, drafting professional documentation, etc.), which should just be expected. Based on our experience, I feel confident highly recommending David for any legal work, not just bankruptcy.
