If you’re a Federal employee and want to file a charge of discrimination against the Agency, then you need to retain Bell Law Group! Attorney Susan Tylar represented me against GSA in a failure to select claim. Ms. Tylar won at both the liability and damages hearings - with the EEOC awarding me over six figures in compensatory damages, all medical costs (over $15K), over 3 years of back pay plus interest (GS-12 to GS-13), and all attorney fees. The EEOC also ordered the Agency to post notice that GSA discriminated against an employee based on RACE, COLOR, and NATIONAL ORIGIN! Ms. Tylar and Bell Law Group are experts in strategizing especially when dealing with a difficult Agency refusing to admit any wrong doing. Even after losing at the liability and damages hearings, GSA had the audacity to file an appeal with the EEOC OFO which they ultimately lost! Bell Law Group, in particular attorney Krell and her team, were outstanding and patience. My case took a long time to conclude. This was of no fault of Bell Law Group. They would check in when nothing had happened to make sure the slow progress was actually moving forward. In the end I was able to medically retire. I would highly recommend Bell Law Group if you are going to try for medical disability as a federal government employee.
