Potential issues with communication and responsiveness

“Do not, I repeat do not go to him. I put him on retainer for a custody case and he was terrible. I ended up changing attorneys and I'm glad I did. He does not know what he is doing. He would not communicate with me, continuously dropped the ball and never provided the simple things like a monthly invoice which was stated in the retainer agreement.”

“He charged me every time I emailed him which was never disclosed. So as I'm currently reviewing the invoice that I've been asking for for months now I'm shocked. He charged me for time long before I was a client and continues to charge me after he was no longer my attorney.”
