It was a long 3 year road but I finally got a favorable decision! Thank you to the staff at olinsky especially Valerie Peck! She went above and beyond for me, always checking in on me! Even when things got emotional she helped me even when I was in tears and felt discouraged over how long of a process it can be!

Olinsky took on my case at the appeals phase after my previous attorney dropped me and said they couldn’t win. Now they’ve taken me all the way and I have a decision issued! Just waiting for it to come in the mail. I did have some communication problems, people not answering me. But overall I’m very happy with Olinsky and would refer them or use them again if needed.

They were there for me every step of the way from the beginning for almost 5 years. It was a long fight and it was exhausting but they didn't give up, they fought for me and my health and I can't thank them enough for that. I'm not the best at leaving reviews, but I hope that this conveys how amazing this group is. They were always available when I had questions or needed them (often), and they were kind and understanding of my disability and took it upon themselves to learn the best they could about how it affected my life. They go above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you again.

They call to tell you a lawyer is going to call but then you get a call from them asking if we made an appointment with the ssa. That is your job! Do it. I will not be using them.

A delight to work with! Very professional yet friendly. They seemed very organized and kept me well informed during the entire process so far of applying for disability. They also answered any questions I had along the way in very timely fashion. I won my case!

Very unprofessional , neither Greg or his assistant ever return emails or phone calls . We spoke to Beth on the phone several times , she could never answer a single question and had no idea what was going on with our case , she just kept saying she would pass the info along to Greg and they would get back to us . This never happened . This went on for 2 months before we finally called and told her to get our documents ready for us to pick up and we would be getting another attorney . Her only response was , okay I will have them ready . No apologies for disregarding us as clients or for their total lack of communication . Now after 2 months of sitting around waiting and having nothing done , we have to start over with another attorney . Terrible customer service , stay away from this law firm .

They were helpful, and always answered your questions if you called, plus they knew what they were doing, because I didn’t.
