Only parking I could see available was on the street, opposite the building. Although the receptionist was kind and professional, the legal staff was dismissive and condescending. The actual office was clean and comfortable. From the lobby signage, it is not readily apparent what suite they occupy. Had to ask the security guard at the front entrance.

You call the number and told the call will be answered as soon as possible, then disconnected. This is best law practice? Not good customer service... at 1:45 p.m. on a Wednesday.
