He’s supposed to be my Trustee for my Wife and my Bankruptcy! There was a few things that was on the forms that wasn’t not removed in Court. It has also affected my Credit and Debit, i’m still getting emails saying i still owe money?? I’m not sure if it’s Leberman ir Cardinale Law Firm in Cicero NY!! I contacted Emily after reading her reviews and within a few minutes of talking to her I knew I had made the right choice. The situation was regarding my 86 year old aunt whom I had power of attorney over. She had been hospitalized with dementia for nearly three months and wasn't going home. There are all kinds of rules to play by when dealing with life savings, property, Medicare, Medicaid etc. Emily explained everything in detail. She gave me all my options and answered all my questions. I did not enlist her services, only because she said I didn't need them. That's honesty. She was caring and compassionate. If you need a lawyer in her field I cannot recommend her enough.
