“When you need something from them they are invisible. When THEY need something from you, they will call you almost every single day for two months straight! Stop calling me, please -- take a hint.”

“IMHO they screwed my mother-in-law over royally. K&K got $50,000 for themselves (of which they were forced to return about $25,000) and mom got NOTHING! Not a penny. IMHO, you should run far, far away before getting these guys to do anything for you.”
