Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“Very unprofessional, neither Greg or his assistant ever return emails or phone calls. We spoke to Beth on the phone several times, she could never answer a single question and had no idea what was going on with our case, she just kept saying she would pass the info along to Greg and they would get back to us. This never happened.”

Unreliable and unaccountable service
“Absolutely horrible experience, zero accountability, lied about the homeowner's policy insurance payment. Come to know Greg got fired from the company he represented since it was a consistent behavior. Total scam!”
