Gave them a ticket a month ago they didn’t take care of it my license got suspended and all they can say is sorry . That i HAVE TO WAIT 🤦🏻‍♀️ Very unprofessional

Jeff was amazing years ago when needed him and now I'm hoping he will help me again . My ex husband is one man who uses the legal system just to harass year after year

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I would highly recommend anyone to use Jeff and his office as their attorney. I will never use a different attorney myself. There was NOT one time i called, texted or emailed Jeff, Amy or Kyle that i didnt get an answer immediately. They kept in contact the entire time. I was referred to Jeff for a complicated criminal case. I had never previously met him. I was made to feel more like a friend than a client by the entire office and was comfortable enough to just trust in what i was told would happen, would happen. I never had to call to find out what was happening. I was told the entire way. He was professional, comfortable and confident in the court room and went above and beyond my expectations. Our results turned out better than we expected and for that, I am forever grateful. Thank you Jeff, Amy & Kyle!

Highly over priced. Do not give him any money anticipating any of it to be returned, no matter what he or staff claim.

I strongly urge you to look up New York State Bar Complaints against this unethical attorney. I have had to have two Support Magistrates recused themselves from my Family Court case that was filed more than two years ago due to these Support Magistrates supporting and engaging in unethical behavior along with this character. This attorney had my support and money judgment overturned requiring me fight in court for over two years for my disabled child. He failed to notice me on Subpoenas which the Support Magistrates supported his unethical conduct (which is clearly illegal), therefore, forcing me to file an Appeal (in Rochester, New York) which will take another two years. On the day of Trial, he handed me a perjured Financial Affidavit by my ex-husband and he notarized it (and I believe he knew it was perjured statement). Apparently, the Support Magistrates in Onondaga County support (crooked) attorneys over Pro Se Litigants (which I can understand up to the point where there is clear evidence of misconduct). I intend to prove the misconduct and perjury by my ex-husband and put in another Grievance Complaint against this attorney until the New York Bar Association takes my Complaints seriously and considers disbarment. Attorneys have an ethical duty to uphold the law and not contaminate themselves with clients who are clearly perjuring themselves. When I telephoned Mr. DeRoberts and confronted his on the Respondent's perjury, he got very angry and hung up. That discourteous behavior is going to cost him. I will do all in my power to make sure (as an Activist and Whistle Blower) that this attorney does not do this to anyone else.
