They will work to get your case dropped or get you a better deal then what the D.A would originally offer. in my experience with Mary & Lisa they helped me big time. a million thanks to them and they're law firm.

If you are looking for a fluff and stuff lawyer To hold your hand DeRoberts is not your guy. He is very up front and to the point. He gets things done and is familiar with the laws and comfortable in the courtroom. Which in my opinion that’s what you want in a lawyer. Prior to me hiring DeRoberts I had a couple other lawyers that were nice and listened to my feelings but I got no where. Once I hired DeRoberts we met discussed the case (child support) he got the major details. We went to court and he was able to come to an agreement with the opposing sides lawyer. He is very busy but him and his staff both were very quick to email me as soon as there was a change in anything. There was one time that it was questionable if he would be able to make the court date or not. But he told me immediately that he wasn’t sure if he could make it physically but he would appear by phone. But he ended rearranging things so he could make it. There were a couple of times he had to change the court dates bc he had prior engagements but again him and his staff told me immediately and took care of everything. I was never left high and dry at court. I appreciated the fact that DeRoberts and his staff included me in every email communication. I was always very aware of what was going on. Overall I wanted a lawyer that would give me results and had a strong presence in the court room. DeRoberts is the perfect person for that. I will use him for any other legal needs from now on.

Jeff Deroberts tries to play games when it comes to a custody battle. Even with the truth out there he still tries to prolong everything. Don’t bother using him he’s a waste of time and money!!

My experience with Jeff DeRoberts was very very horrible.DeRoberts gave my family false accusations on what he could do for my son. Jeff ask for a downpayment to take the case.The downpayment that was giving should of not been giving. The reason why I say that cause he didn't do what he said. My son rights were tooken for granted. Jeff told my family when we first meet w him with the deposit that my son would be home in 6 months that was a lie.Jeff is a fast fast talker.My dad said when we went to meet DeRoberts for the first time that he talks to fast.In my dad didn't like that.Deroberts got us into his office to get the downpayment and told nothing but false accusations.We trusted him my son life was in his hands.For the future in vestigate a person before you make a decision.My son is very very disappointed in Deroberts. And far as communication there's very little.Deroberts has did nothing but disappointed me n my family.Deroberts is not a good choice.I have faith in God and I also trust in God.

After reading a lot of reviews of different attorneys....and also negative reviews for Jeff. I just followed my heart click and I met Jeff, a couple of days ago and hired him. He is warm hearted and caring. He looks confident and also asked me to relax as he will do his best. Im very hopeful after i met him.....I will rate him later and will further update review after my case is done.

Nancy went above and beyond. She was compassionate and did a great job helping me with a QDRO.

Terrible communication and unprofessional, never spoke to a single representative only a secretary. Not helpful.

He is not very attentive. Makes mistakes that will cost his clients. He will not acknowledge any mistake(s) made on his behalf.

This place sucks , non professional receptionists ... Can't leave a message and lie about returning phone calls .....

If you have any oustanding tickets definetly come here.great prices.i had suspensions that were over 5 yrs old got them taken care off within a week would if been quicker if i had the $$ right then.
