All the quick reviews hit the nail on the head. I had the chance to work with Bill and his assistant Ellen for some traffic tickets and the closing on a new house. Ellen was super easy to reach and kept me in the loop the whole way. Bill is a classic, laid-back guy who's a blast to do business with.
